Two students per semester (spring semester January-May; fall semester August-December)
McLennan Community College accepts two students per semester. Students can apply for one semester only, the stay may not be prolonged or repeated. Applicants are interviewed at the English Department of the Faculty of Education. The interview takes place in March for the study stays in the next academic year. The date of interview is announced on the website and the noticeboards of the Department of English language and literature. Applicants are required to bring to the interview a motivation letter and transcript of records.
McLennan Community College provides accommodation free of charge. Students do not pay tuition and are offered a part time job on the campus. Students financially cover their travel expenses, living expenses (food, clothing, etc.), travel/health care insurance, and fees for visa. Students arrange their visa with the assistance of the contact person at the host institution. Students are strongly recommended to consult their choice of courses with the contact person at the English Department of Faculty of Education.
